Photoblog : Needle 2 The Record DJ Battle @ The A3C Hip Hop Festival @ Club Masqurade Atlanta Ga 10.09.2010

This past Saturday Night I went to check out The Needle 2 The Record DJ Battle over at the A3C Hip Hop festival at Masquerade . The A3C Hip Hop Festival was a fun music festival with 3 days , 5 stages and hundreds of performers . Most of the Atlanta Hip Hop community was there, from Binkis Recs, to Killer Mike . I'm mad that I could only make it to the Saturday night activities, because there was so much going on that I missed a lot .
When I got there The Dj Battle was about to start . Kimberly Stewart, The Warrior Mamma , and the event producer , opened the battle with a libation ceremony to give respect to the Dj's who have passed on. Then Principal Greesey, from WREK and Cha Cha Jones, the hosts for the evening came on to get the evening started. They also served as models for the Jungle 45 T-shirts .Dj Ghost warmed up the crowd with her classic Hip Hop set. Special guest judges were, Dj Scratch from EPMD, Rob Swift from the Executioners and Dj Shiftee 2009 DMC World Champ . Dj Jeff C was the winner of the of the battle . He won a complete Dj setup from Traktor. After the battle Dj Shiftee and Rob Swift gave two dope turntable performances. But enough of me lets see the pics. enjoy.
