Photoblog: Spread Love Felabration with Dj Kemit and Carlos Mena 595 North Ave Atlanta Ga 10.19.13

This past Saturday night I went to Spread Love for their annual Felabration party . This year marked the 75th birthday of Fela Kuti , The King of Afrobeat . When I got there Dj Kemit was already on and had the dance floor packed with his Afrobeat  vibes . This event took up both sides of 595 North Ave , so I went over to the other side to check out the Bazzar Noir and to listen to the sounds of guest Dj's The Residents, K Civ , Danny Vennegas & Jonathan Santino. I went back to the main room To catch the performance of the Guerilla Dance project , following that Kola Ogunkoya & The AfroBeat All Stars came on for a live Afrobeat musical performance. Then special guest Dj Carlos Mena came on and took the crowd and energy to another level . Mark Hines was providing the video visuals that added that nice touch and later on Dj Ausar got back on to close the night out. It was another incredible night . But enough of me talkingabout it .
