Photoblog: The One Nite Stand Epiphany @ The Archive Gallery 611 North Ave Atlanta Ga 4 1 2011

On April 1st I participated in the One Nite Stand photography exhibit at the Archive Gallery . The One Nite stand is the creation of photographer Shelia Turner to showcase some of Atlanta's known and unknown photographers for one night . This years theme was Epiphany and there was work showcased from Connie Gross, Julie Yarbrough, Maurice Evans, Marlo Herring , Dana Kemp, Grace Kisa, Seth Ruff, Sue Ross , Shana McBurrows, M. Shawn Dowdell, Warren Flecther, Rahmeek Rasul, John Crooms, Catherine Alston, and Warren Fletcher, just to name a few of the photographers. Musical selections were provided by Dj's Levi and Yusef, and a live performance from dance music Artist MilaJam . MilaJam turned the event out with her high energy performance. It was a cool night some cool photography and art. But enough of me , lets see the pics. enjoy

So still on my WMC high , I went over to check out on 595 North Ave to check out this months installment of Spread Love . The theme for this Spread Love was Soul Power with special guest Jamal Achmed from WCLK . It was a cool night , folks were dancing , Dj Kemit was laying down his dope selections as always. The highlight for the evening to me was the tribute to Loletta Holloway, that Kemit played . Love Sensation never sounded so good . Well enough me lets see the pics . enjoy
