Photoblog: Atlanta's Finest Book Release Party @ The Museum Bar Atlanta Ga 7.7.11
On Thursday I went over to The Museum Bar to check out the book release for Atlanta's Finest. A photo book created by photographer Angela Carter . This book is a collection of portraits taken by Angela, of people from Atlanta's progressive scene. Artists, musicians, photographers, politicians, and other contributors to Atlanta's progressive scene, for example Joi, Lil John Roberts, Kwanza Hall, Fahamu Pecou, Grace Kisa, Marissa Boyd, Heidi Howard, and myself grace the pages of Atlanta's Finest. The event was a real cool event with a panel dicussion with Jason Orr, Salah Anase, Gilbert Young Sr., Lil John Roberts, Anna Harris Parris, Taiye Sammuels, and Saniyyah Griffin. And after that folks were passing around their books like they were in High School getting people to sign their pages. But enough of me . Lets see the pics. enjoy
