Well this past weekend after a couple of cookouts I went over to the Gathering over at the Music Room Saturday night  to check out Ramon Rawsoul and special guest the guys from the Celebrate Party Dj BE and Dj 1derful . I got there late and when I got there Dj 1derful was on and the crowd was digging the vibe . After that Ramon Rawsoul came on to take the crowd on of journey of Deep House grooves and to close out the night . Another great night and great way to start off the 4th of July weekend . Photoblog: The Gathering 11th Year Anniversary With Julius The Mad Thinker @ The Music Room Atlanta GA 2.6.16

This past Saturday night I went over to The Music Room to check out The Gathering . This one was really special because it was the 11th anniversary of the Gathering and the special guest for the evening was Julius The Mad Thinker from Chicago . So I was trying to get there early because Kai Alce posted on Facebook that he was going to do a classic set to start it off with a special tribute to Maurice White . I got there later than I wanted but I was able to hear a few goodies , then Kai stopped the party to go into his tribute to Maurice White and Earth Wind & Fire which was real nice . Ramon Rawsoul came on next  and took over the crowd , he had folks dancing and smiling and feeling the energy . Then Julius The Mad Thinker came on and took the vibe on a musical journey of deep grooves . It was a fun night I had a great time, congrats to Ramon , Karin , Kai for 11 years of the Gathering and I hope we get 11 more years of good music and great Dj's .
