Happy New Year to everyone . I hope everybody had a fun and safe holiday season . I started the year off over at The Move party with Dj Dock and Dj Kemit at Mingles in Downtown Atlanta. This party was fun because the evenings special guests , Salah Ananse, Ramon Rawsoul, and Kai Alce. So it was House Music all night long. When I got there Salah Ananse was on setting the mood for the evening . Kemit came on next to keep the vibe going. Ramon Rawsoul was next and took the crowd to that place. Dock jumped in for a quick interlude then Kai Alce came on to wrap up the evening. It was a great way to wrap up the holiday season and kick off the new year. It was another fun filled weekend here in Atlanta. Unfortunatly I missed Brand Nubian and The Cold Crush Brothers on Friday night . On Saturday night I made it up by catching this months installment of Move over at Mingles. This was a special night because it was the birthday celebration of Hip Hop legend Kool Dj Red Alert . Dj Dock and Kemit had the crowd rockin with ther selections of classic Hip hop , R&B , Reggae and House . Members of the Cold Crush Brothers, Diamond D, Cut Creator, and Sparky-D, were in the house to give Red Alert a NYC feel to the celebration. It was a great night on Saturday , but enough of me.
